At ReHair System, we stand behind our hair restoration solutions; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, as used or opened beauty products cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
